In this position, you'll assist our senior accountants in day-to-day tasks such as data inputting, bank statement reconciliations, and supporting budget tracking efforts. You will receive hands-on training and development opportunities in QuickBooks under our guidance so that you can grow into advanced roles over time. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions through QuickBooksRecord financial transactions by posting debits and credits to appropriate accountsTrack department budgets and monitor spending trendsLiaise directly with vendors to manage payment discrepancies Research, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors/disputes you encounter along the way Our Ideal Candidate Has: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred; willingness to consider equivalent combination of education and experience as wellBasic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, reporting, and compliance issuesPassion for excellence in recordkeeping and attention to detailPositive can-do attitude and adaptability working across departmentsCapacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently under tight deadlines and limited supervision High emotional intelligence to build effective relationships among diverse personalitiesEnthusiasm to proactively seek new learning opportunities outside routine assignments Why Join Us?: At Elevate Calls Inc., we foster a collaborative environment where employee contributions matter equally.
