Urgent Opportunity for Quality Analyst For US healthcare process Gear Inc. Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Information: A crucial position charged with preserving and improving the caliber of content moderation activities inside an organization is the Quality Analyst (QA). It will include managing the moderator performance evaluation, making sure content restrictions are followed, and putting quality control measures in place. Location: Alabang, Philippines Responsibilities Create and oversee an effective program for content moderation quality assurance. Create and implement methods for evaluating the quality of products, such as audits and random sampling. Analyze moderator behavior and evaluate moderator performance. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to improve moderators' efficacy. Track individual and team performance. Ensure content moderation practices adhere to platform and content policies. Identify non-compliance or inconsistent moderation judgments and correct them. Support ongoing feedback loops between operations and QA evaluations. Collaborate with moderator team leaders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain thorough records of QA evaluations and conclusions. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, quality assurance, or a related field. Fluent in English (C1 level). Proven track record in quality assurance or content moderation with emphasis on process improvement. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with QA software and tools. Knowledge of content standards and norms for internet platforms. Ability to coach and provide constructive criticism. Skills in data analysis and reporting. Team management experience is preferred.
