Urgent Opportunity for Quality Analyst For US healthcare process

Overview Job Information: A crucial position charged with preserving and improving the caliber of content moderation activities inside an organization is the Quality Analyst (QA). It will include managing the moderator performance evaluation, making sure content restrictions are followed, and putting quality control measures in place. Location: Alabang, Philippines Responsibilities Create and oversee an effective program for content moderation quality assurance. Create and implement methods for evaluating the quality of products, such as audits and random sampling. Perform thorough analyses of moderator behavior to evaluate performance. Provide guidance and constructive criticism to improve moderators\' efficacy. Keep track of individual and team performance. Ensure content moderation practices adhere to specified platform and content policies. Identify instances of non-compliance or inconsistency in moderation judgments and correct them. Support ongoing feedback loops between operational teams and QA evaluations. Collaborate with moderator team leaders to resolve identified problems and implement corrective measures. Maintain thorough records of QA evaluations and conclusions. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, quality assurance, or related). Fluent in English at least at C1 level. Proven success in quality assurance or content moderation roles emphasizing process improvement. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice errors. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with QA software and tools. Knowledge of content standards and norms for internet platforms. Ability to coach and deliver constructive criticism. Data analysis and reporting skills.
