Support financial operations at CloudConsole, a leader in IT consulting, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support audits, tax filings, and other financial examinations. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good understanding of financial principles and accounting standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
