Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and distributing Statements of Account (SOA) to clients. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email. Drafts and sends notices and collection letters. Encode daily collections and update monitoring sheets (e.g., Google Drive or internal systems). Coordinate with internal departments for document requests. Prepare reports such as aging reports, collection summaries, and memos for approvals Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and data entry.
