Job Description

Job Purpose: Collections Assistant role is to help manage client accounts, prepare billing documents, and assist with collections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing Statements of Account (SOA) to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email.
  • Drafts and sends notices and collection letters.
  • Encode daily collections and update monitoring sheets (e.g., Google Drive or internal systems).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document requests.
  • Prepare reports such as aging reports, collection summaries, and memos for approvals
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • With 1-2 years of work experience
  • Willing to do field and in-house office works
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal skills)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Keen attention to details
  • Willing to work in Makati City
  • Can start ASAP
