We are looking for a Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team for the busy holiday season Wear Felicity is a fast-growing jewelry brand that helps people celebrate what they love most. Job Role We’re hiring a seasonal Customer Support Representative for a full-time contract position from November through mid-January . You’ll be the voice of Wear Felicity—solving problems quickly, educating customers on our products, and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and human. This role is 100% remote. Responsibilities Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and detail-oriented attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide detail-oriented customer support. Requirements PC or Mac A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot) High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed for optimal performance (you can test your connection at a site like Home Environment and Work Space Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door Adequate space to set up the workstation Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise.
