Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Cebu or Baybay, Leyte (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift (with weekend rotation)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service across multiple marketplaces. If you're passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email, calls, voicemails, and live chat.
  • Manage Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor performance.
  • Represent assigned brands and ensure compliance with online selling policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and order issues.
  • Process refunds, cancellations, and shipment updates.
  • Investigate lost packages and defective product claims.
  • Maintain excellent performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Update internal tools and handle special projects.
  • Act as point of contact in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Willingness to work night shifts and weekends on a rotational schedule.
  • Fluent in American English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and internet navigation.
  • Proven good attendance record in previous roles.
  • Ability to contribute beyond assigned scope.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce customer service, especially with Amazon platforms.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and coordination with logistics teams.
  • Ability to handle special projects and support leadership when needed.
