We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow and support partner retailers within your assigned territory. You'll build strong relationships, train store teams, activate campaigns, and ensure merchants consistently hit sales and productivity targets. This is a field-focused role ideal for someone proactive, organized, and passionate about driving results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets across your assigned area.
  • Improve merchant productivity and ensure ongoing month-to-month performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner retailers, providing timely support and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to deliver training, launch marketing initiatives, and activate incentive programs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Source, assess, and onboard new business partners that meet program criteria.
  • Keep customer and merchant records accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and insights for management.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical or university studies in Business, Communications, or similar fields.
  • 1–2 years' experience in Customer Service, Field Sales, Software Sales, Telecom, or mobile device environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging and training partner staff.
  • Highly proactive, organized, results-oriented, and resilient.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities to manage store performance and drive sales outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel regularly with your own transportation (car or motorcycle).
