Position Purpose The Finance Analyst supports business decision‑making by providing accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights. The role ensures that management has a clear understanding of the company’s financial performance and the drivers behind it, helping guide budgeting, forecasting, investments, and operational strategies. Description Of Duties Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes Analyze trends in revenues, costs, expenses, and margins to identify business opportunities or risks Assist in developing financial models to support decision‑making and strategic planning Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight deviations from plan Perform cost analysis and recommend cost control measures where necessary Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate and timely financial data Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather relevant information and validate assumptions Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies Assist in ad hoc analyses and special projects as required Requirements Graduate of a Finance or Accounting course Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO Strong background in Account Management Excellent interpersonal and people skills Effective verbal and written communication abilities Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder engagement Key Competencies Strong financial acumen and business insight Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Process‑oriented approach to tasks and problem‑solving Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion LUXASIA aspires to build a One Team of talents that reflects the diversity of the communities in our operating markets.
