Finance Accounting Analyst 2 – Hybrid We’re currently looking for a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Finance Accounting Analyst 2 – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Finance Accounting Analyst 2 - C10 ) based in Citi Plaza, Taguig City, Philippines. This role is a developing professional position that focuses on monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating financial processes and data. The analyst will support the management and control of data flows within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, prepare and record financial transactions, and assist with regulatory reporting and consolidated financial statements. Responsibilities Support the management and control of data flows to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including recording financial transactions for regulatory reporting purposes and updating the general ledger. Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with management reporting requirements for legal entity and regulatory purposes. Take responsibility for accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools. Prepare accounts in line with global guidelines. Manage implementation of procedures and development of reports. Adhere to key controls for accounting processes within the handled processes. Communicate with Legal Entity Managers on the status of reconciliations and accounting performed. Deliver routine accounting deliverables and provide defined outputs. Escalate problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or procedures as appropriate. Utilize understanding of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues with impact on own area. Apply knowledge of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives. Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi's clients and assets. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in accounting management (combination of education and experience).
