Finance Analyst – Real Estate Finance The Financial Analysis role is to support financial decision‑making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data. The purpose of the Financial Analyst is to support the contract of Real Estate/ FM / Project Teams for their needs in financial spends. About the Role Monitor daily bank balances, perform fund transfers, prepare bank receipts and reconciliations, and update cash flow trackers. Process vendor payments, manage invoice queues, review reconciliations, and ensure timely payments through AP ageing monitoring. Prepare cost reports, raise client invoices, and resolve PO issues to ensure efficient billing cycles. Handle tax reconciliations, journal entries, and support ad‑hoc finance tasks as directed by the Finance Manager. Deliver high‑quality services, build rapport with clients, adapt to changing needs, and support cross‑functional collaboration and business development. About You Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Aligns with company strategy, generates growth ideas, and upholds financial standards.
