Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our Clients’ social media and digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to streamline marketing processes, boosting efficiency, visibility, and client focus. Work Set Up Employment Type: Part Time Shift Schedule: Flexi time, Mon-Fri, 20 hours only between Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT Work Setup: Remote/WFH Client Industry: Marketing & Advertising Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for client. Schedule and publish content across Instagram and Facebook. Integrate monthly promotions into content planning. Take ownership of email direct marketing (EDMs), including writing content, distributing campaigns, and tracking engagement. Automate processes in CRM, including client nurturing sequences and workflows. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improved outcomes. Technical Requirements Must have experience with the following: Meta Business Suite Canva Additional experience in any of the following will be an advantage: Mailchimp WordPress Squarespace MailerLite Halaxy Phorest Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2 years of experience in a related role. Proficient in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Experience in planning and executing end-to-end social media campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and client engagement. Must be highly proficient in using Meta Business Suite. Skilled in content creation and graphic design using Canva. Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, Squarespace, MailerLite, Halaxy or Phorest is an advantage. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. Professional and friendly communication style.
