Job Overview

The Parts Service Advisor is responsible for promoting parts sales to individuals, fleet, and parts jobber.

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of Business, or Trade School, or Vocational course.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of (3) three years of Supervisory experience in Parts Sales or related business.

SKILLS/TRAINING

  • Computer literate and familiarity on office software.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1 & 2).
  • Wide network of parts sourcing and distribution is of great advantage.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Possesses good command on both written and verbal communication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and continuous development parts sales business to counter, fleet and parts jobber.
  • Solicitation of parts order inquiries and preparation of corresponding sales quotations.
  • Invoicing of parts sales to counter, fleet and jobber customers.
  • Assist in the delivery of parts to customers.
  • Creation of Purchase request and Purchase Order.
  • Monitoring of Monthly Parts Inventory.
  • Monitoring of pending parts, and fill rate.
  • Visiting customer individuals, fleet, and parts jobbers.
  • Assist in the conduct of parts and materials inventory checking.
  • Conducts 5S activity in the area of workplace.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
