FULL-TIME REMOTE WORK; PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME

WORK SCHEDULE
Tuesday to Friday (5:00 am to 3:00 pm- PST)
4 days work; 3 days off
Weekly paid

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
BASIC SALARY: 20,000 per month
Performance incentives
Paid time off and holidays

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
With bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or other equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably with at least one (1) year minimum of experience in debt collection, customer service, and other financial services.
With Virtual Assistant (VA) Experience is an advantage

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Has strong negotiation, communication, and empathy skills.
Has the ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain composure.
Proficient with CRM systems or collection management tools
With technical proficiency in software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

MINIMUM TECHNICAL AND WORK ENVIROMENT REQUIREMENTS
With Primary internet connection with at least speed of 50mbps
With Desktop or Laptop that has 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
With functioning webcam/ eye level built in camera in device
With noise-canceling headset
With a quiet, dedicated home office space.
