Job Description Lily & Co is looking for a PR Coordinator who will support the development and execution of public relations and communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand image, reputation, and engagement with target audiences. This role involves coordinating media relations, organizing events, assisting in overall PR campaigns to ensure consistent and positive messaging and maximize visibility in both digital and offline platforms. Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance and brand sentiment. Coordinate logistics for bridal fairs and events, including booth setup, promotional materials, giveaways, and on-site media engagement. Manage PR-related content for social media and digital platforms. Handle inquiries from media, stakeholders, and the public in a professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging. Track PR expenses and assist with budget monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand exposure. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in PR, communications, events, or brand management (experience in retail, or bridal fairs is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills with flair for storytelling. Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Familiarity with bridal, fashion, and lifestyle media outlets and influencer landscape. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic PR monitoring/reporting tools. Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
