• Assistthe client service lead for the accounts your team oversees. Support the team in providing the highest level of client service and work closely with them to meet all client needs.
• Attend meetings with clients, be responsive in group chats, and stayup to datewith your accounts' activities. Be prompt in providing help for accounts associated with your clients.
• Support in liaising with clientsdailyto ensure they receive the best possible guidance and support from you. Maintain strong relationships with clients, working to foster trust and confidence in the agency's abilities.
• Provide timelyandaccuratereporting to clients, ensuring all data is relevant, insightful, and presented clearly and concisely.

• Youwill support managing projects, media and influencer relations, event management, and content and reports preparation. You will support theaccountteam to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Work collaboratively with your team tofulfillclient KPIs, aid other departments as needed, and deliver excellent business results for the agency.
• Organize and coordinate client activities,help analyzethe results of the campaign efforts,checkand report on the campaign’s progress. Build strong relationships and networks with key influencers, media, and suppliers.

• Graduate of bachelor\'s degree in public relations, Journalism, Communications, or any related course
• You have at least 2 years of communication-related experience, working with journalists and influencers daily
• You believe efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations.
• You trust that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies
• You have good English speaking and writing skills and you are comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment.
• You don’t satisf(y) with boring things; you are curious and always up to date with new trends
• You are highly organized, adaptable, curious, and creative and your friends rely on you to organize crazy parties/activities

Unlimited Leave : Your allocated holiday time at Vero will be unlimited.
