Overview

Human Resources Specialist - Global at Hudson Talent Solutions. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Global operations. You are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing employee records and assisting in processing payroll for the Manila COE. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Manila-based employees, addressing HR-related inquiries while maintaining adherence to company policies and local labor laws. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of HR processes. You will also support the APAC executive team by managing visa-related expenses and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS software to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and termination paperwork.
  • Manage documentation related to employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Review, revise, and update company policies.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters and assist in resolving issues internally.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including data entry and addressing payroll-related queries.
  • Serve as the point of contact for timekeeping tool requests and activities.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Encode and update expenses for the executive team.
  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, including handling final payments and ensuring the return of company property.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain APAC employee directory and monitor relevant reports and analytics to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
