Collection Specialist

Proactively managing the collections process, including contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving outstanding balances Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to senior management for further action Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to provide seamless support to clients Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing the collections process Continuously seeking ways to improve collection efficiencies and customer satisfaction What we're looking for Minimum of 1 years' experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities Proficiency in using collections management software and the Microsoft Office suite A customer-centric approach and the drive to find win-win solutions Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the collections process Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
