As a Training Manager - Learning and Development working onsite in Lipa City, Batangas, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. What You’ll be Doing Coach and support a team of training specialists to enhance training engagement and success. Evaluate trainers, curriculum, and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead the team to attain productivity and quality objectives. Report to the Director of Learning & Development and contribute to the success of the business, team, and learners through training program management. Typical Day Manage daily operations, processes, and reporting. Improve the main success metrics associated with training goals. Deliver excellent customer service and communication. Develop, support, and evaluate the team to help them reach for amazing. Ensure your team has the tools, systems, and support needed to perform trainings. What You Bring to the Role 1-year minimum experience managing training or adult learning programs. 4+ years of experience in training and adult learning. Strong coaching, reporting, and analysis skills. Nurture an inclusive learning environment. Customer and employee-focused mindset. Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg. Call center experience.
