Responsibilities

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products for finishing
• Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and spec sheet to understand the product requirements
• Reject all the incoming items that failed to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department
• Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Real-time experience in the same domain is preferred
• Good eyesight
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong regard for quality assurance

Job Description

Oversees the overall quality and environmental aspect of the products.

Conducts quality inspection activities for the incoming raw materials, start-up of the production and during the production on a randomly basis.

Identifies and establishes improvement in process manufacturing stages.

Evaluates existing quality procedures and recommends improvements.

Provides Quality Control report and submit to the QC Manager for evaluation.

Provides Quality Control services and technical supports to Production/ Plant Manager throughout manufacturing process.

Coordinates with BPS accredited testing laboratories for pipes and fittings.

Others as may be assigned.

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for BPO Quality Auditing Associates who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

• You will be performing regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.
• You will generate timely and accurate reports wherein daily, weekly and MTD scores are available on an agent, team, and SOW level.
• You will be performing quality analysis and can identify root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance.
• You will be asks to attend Weekly/Monthly business reviews with stakeholders on overall Quality and CSAT performance.

• Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with related experience
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Quality Audit in a BPO industry
• Experience in using Voice recording system (e.g. NiCE, etc.) is required
• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled
