Food Production Quality Assurance Specialist - Open

Job Description

• The FRQAS is responsible for ensuring the quality of food products by ensuring that they meet the standards of the company and the regulatory authorities.
• Conduct research and development on new existing food products.
• Assist Marketing in food-related projects and activities and determine methods to resolve internal and external customers' concerns.

Qualifications :

• Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Creative, Resourceful, organized and research oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct Audit on Volume, Location, and Expiration dates of food items in the warehouse.
• Monitor the Warehouse's adherence to receiving procedures for acceptance of supplier's shipments of food items.
• Conduct an audit on the repacking of food items; ensure quality standards are met.
• Organize filing of product specifications and certificates of analysis for efficient processing of customer COA requests.
• Monitor stock movement in relation to shelf life and recommend disposition of slow and non-working stocks.
• Other duties and responsibilities.
