Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damages or defects.
  • Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Properly store materials in designated locations to ensure efficient retrieval.
  • Retrieve, pack, and prepare items for shipping or internal use according to company procedures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Check product quality and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs or more).
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking.
  • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Ability to accurately count, inspect, and track inventory.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic verbal and written communication for reporting inventory issues and coordinating with team members.
  • A drivers license would be advantage
  • Preferably a resident or near in Binangonan, Rizal
