
Purchasing Specialist

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods needed across all departments (Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse).
Responsibilities- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, terms, and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the warehouse
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and cost comparisons
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to forecast demand and plan purchases
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and relevant industry regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of Odoo, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, and email platforms is an advantage (not required)
