  • Facilitate MFT meetings to ensure all areas to be discussed are clear, and understood with the use of PBC (Project Brief Checklist).
  • Review, analyze and hand over, Project Endorsement to Design, CED, Planning, Production, and other stakeholders.
  • Approved Sample and 1st run Masspro and any non-conformance within their own judgement.
  • Coordinate with section leaders/supervisors/production head and manager on improvements and other operations activities that might affect production.
  • Check and validate completeness of tasks/improvements assigned.
  • Analyze, coordinate with the production section and initiate corrective action based on suggested improvements.
  • Evaluate and approve improved methods of production processing to reduce COGS.
  • Submit/Update Daily, weekly status; check and validate completeness of tasks/improvements assigned, and prepare accomplishment reports to Sales and Operations Manager
  • Ensure project is within the planned budget and submit reports for over-budget production orders through project accounting.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries are met for Design, Costing, Sample, Production, Installation, Logistics.
  • Ensure Production Due Date Schedule are met and monitored and revised as needed with coordination and approval with Sales.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
