The Opportunity : Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.
You Are Great At :
- Providing technical support, responding to case service levels, providing production support, effectively analyzing issues, providing issue resolution, and customer notification. Recreate customer issues and escalate to appropriate level.
- Working cross-functionally within the organization to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions; submit/provide ideas for new content to knowledge base.
- Performing other duties/projects that may be assigned and may require on-call and weekend rotation.
What it takes :
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- EDI knowledge preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to deliver technical solutions to customers who may or may not be EDI savvy.

Job Summary: A Service Supervisor is responsible for upkeep of company assets via on-site and remote implementations. This role requires analytical capabilities and the ability to deliver concise reports. Responsibilities include remote/on-site asset technical support, hardware/software installation, maintenance, and governance of documentation including COP/COI.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Remote and on-site asset technical support, updating and documentation
- Hardware and software installation and configurations
- Periodic on-site asset maintenance
- R&D of IT hardware requirements
- Consolidated processing of COP, COI, and related certificates
- Team oversight and management
Requirements :
- Graduated in Computer Science/IT or related fields
- Experience in remote and on-site technical support, hardware/software installation and configurations
- Minimum 7 years of experience; 3+ years of team management
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas; willing to do field work
