Overview

TheRecruitment Supervisor will supervise the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms/agencies and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies to hit daily targets.
  • Present hiring plans in leadership and business review meetings.
  • Collaborate with sourcing partners to ensure CPH is within target.
  • Drives and ensures 100% fill rate of all the ramps in the PH Hiring Calendar.
  • Monitor and audit the compliance rate for his/her respective site.
  • Collaborate with Training, Ops and Quality team about EWS (Early Warning Signs) to review the profiles of the candidates.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications and other HR related tools
  • Knowledge in utilizing online job portals for sourcing activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must possess effective organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
  • Ability to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstance
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifting schedule)
  • Willing to be assigned in Alabang
