Strategic Marketing & Performance Division Head The Head of Strategic and Performance Marketing Division will lead the development and execution of comprehensive and data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize performance across all channels and customer touchpoints. This individual will oversee data-driven decision-making, integrate brand and performance marketing, and foster collaboration to achieve business goals. He/she will also foster and grow partnerships with different merchants/brands to strengthen Bank positioning. Strategic Leadership Performance Marketing Management Data Analysis & Insights Brand Strategy & Development Emerging Trends & Technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field. At least 10 years’ experience in marketing, strategy or related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in banking, fintech, financial services or other regulated industries. Proven experience in strategic and performance marketing, preferably in leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
