Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist QA Supervisor/Asst.. Manager in inspecting units, mailboxes, and parking slots prior to project acceptance.
  2. Assist in back-checking rectification works based on punch list items.
  3. Confirm connection of utility meters to units.
  4. Conduct continuity tests on electrical systems and auxiliaries, including wiring devices.
  5. Perform functionality tests on smoke/heat detectors and T&B exhaust fans.
  6. Perform flow tests on water lines and slope-to-drain tests on T&B and balcony areas.
  7. Ensure completeness and compatibility of keys for units and mailboxes handed over by the Project Team.
  8. Endorse fully accepted units to the Buyers Turn-over Group - Site Operations.
  9. Coordinate with Contractor to deploy Quick Response Team (QRT) during buyers’ inspections.
  10. Evaluate buyers’ punch list and endorse valid concerns for immediate rectification.
  11. Monitor timely completion of rectification works based on punch list.
  12. Prepare and submit official reports of rectified units to the Buyers Turn-over Group - Site Operations.
  13. Evaluate defects on unsold and not yet turned-over units, endorse for rectification.
  14. Evaluate defects on occupied units endorsed by Property Management – Client Relations Unit, and endorse for rectification.
  15. Monitor timely completion of rectifications based on endorsements from both groups.
  16. Prepare and review punch lists for rectification or repair, and endorse to Engineering-QS for awarding to contractors after warranty expiry.
  17. Prepare documentation for internal memos and submit for approval.
  18. Monitor rectification works from start to completion.
  19. Inspect and qualify completed works, prepare COCA and attachments.
  20. Submit COCA to QA Coordinators for processing.
  21. Tag units as FA in reports and forward keys for turnover scheduling.
  22. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably Licensed Civil / Mechanical / Architect.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCad.
  • Graduated in Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of relevant construction engineering experience preferred.

Willing to be assigned in Trees Residences, Novaliches.
