Overview Position: Assistant Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager   Staff Request No: To be assigned in Park Residences. Responsibilities and requirements are described below. Responsibilities Comprehensive Quality Inspection of Units - Thorough quality inspection of units and inspecting endorsed units to ensure they meet the agreed quality standards. This involves assessing the physical condition, architectural finishes, functionality, and adherence to specifications and deliverables. QTOP Process - Managing the QTOP system through daily update of the status of each and every unit. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Managing and updating CRM tickets for a specific project. Daily Monitoring - Regular monitoring of processes and units on a day-to-day basis to catch any changes and update in unit status. Handover of Units to BT - Responsible for a smooth handover of units to the Buyer Turnover team. This may include providing necessary documentation and ensuring that all relevant information is communicated effectively. Qualifications and Requirements Preferably board exam passer, with a valid PRC License With strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations. With proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence, preferably as former team leader, or under a managerial capacity. With excellent leadership, communication (written, oral and presentation facilitation) and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, decisive, and with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders. With experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Flexible, and with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. Must be able to support diverse and inclusive work environment. Must be focused, driven and can work under pressure. Must possess strong planning, organizing, and controlling skills, and with effective project management and systems development know-how and skills. Must be a graduate of Engineering or Architecture or its equivalent from a reputable college or university. Preferably with at least 5 years of extensive work experience under AA/AC and/or related to construction engineering from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor.
