Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Manila or Cebu with some work from home accommodated. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data to anticipate needs, developing strategies to improve customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
