Job Description As a Project Manager, Sourcing , you'll lead global sourcing initiatives—developing strategies for cost savings, re-sourcing, and new product launches. You'll collaborate across teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the seamless execution of sourcing projects that support global business growth. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead sourcing projects and cross-functional global teams by coordinating with procurement, engineering, marketing, packaging, and finance teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop sourcing strategies to identify new material vendors for manufactured products as needed. Create, maintain, and execute sourcing project plans successfully. Track and report project progress, milestones, and savings on a monthly basis. Present project plans and updates to the project team and leadership regularly. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for use in meetings with the project team and leadership. Calculate supply chain costs, including freight, duties, overhead, and labor. Maintain and manage project costs and present cost results during leadership meetings. Communicate effectively through written and verbal correspondence with external providers and internal stakeholders. Resolve product, supply, or supplier issues, including identifying new vendors when necessary. Prepare miscellaneous reports, analyses, and project documentation as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Provide committed timing on ad hoc requests within 2 business days (100% target). Complete ad hoc requests within committed timing (90% target). Submit weekly project status reports (100% target). Update sourcing project plans with milestones and financials monthly (100% target). Update the Project Prioritization Committee (PPC) capacity report monthly (100% target). Deliver 90% of projects on time. Maintain the total project portfolio within committed financial targets (90% target). Adhere to all internal standards and policies (100% target).
