This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by receiving queries, resolving issues, understanding customer goals, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You will also have a unique opportunity to act as a valuable team member for a partner, contribute to the success of their organization, and grow your skillsets as a Customer Service Representative. **REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES*** A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English* Strong customer service orientation* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Strong organizational and time management skills* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.**Role Details*** Industry: Promotions* Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)* Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)* Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient* Salary Range: 23,000 - 27,000**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and deployment of digital assets for product listings across multiple web stores on the ShopStar platform.* Own the creation, organization and storage of product digital assets for accurate & engaging e-commerce product representation as well as ensuring easy accessibility and version control.* Coordinate with the Program Account Management and/or Merchandising team to understand product requirements and optimize digital assets for e-commerce site.* Responsible for writing HTML embedded product copy for ShopStar by utilizing information provided by Program Account Mangement and/or Merchandising and Suppliers as well as technology such as ChatGPT to drive efficiency and insure accuracy in product copy.* Understand key identifiers for product name listing such as trademarked or registered retail brands.* Create high-quality and accurately represented product web images by utilizing internal provided graphics and supplier provided images.* Create web-ready size charts for garments by obtaining supplier provided specifications and utilizing provided standard template.* Manage and prioritize all incoming projects based on departmental issued KPIs, SLAs and rush-requests.* Adhere to internal process, project management tool and standards related to cross-functional communication, hand-off and file management.* Develop, maintain and manage database of information for efficiency in obtaining product copy and size charts.**WHAT WE LOOK FOR*** High School Diploma or GED required* Advanced English proficiency level* College Education preferred in English, marketing, communications, or related field and/or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented* Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write within established styles and in other people's direction* Proficient in Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.* Knowledge of basic HTML and ShopStar is a plus.* Preferred experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Teams.* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in Illustrator, Photoshop* ShopStar experience is a plus* Excellent time-management and organizational skills* Curious, flexible, patient, and good humored with a positive “can do” attitude.* Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements* Able to work quickly and independently in a deadline-driven environment with limited supervision* Capable of effectively providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive critiques on work.* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people.*If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us*
