Overview

TalentPop is expanding its Sales Outreach Team. We partner with fast-growing e-commerce brands to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive revenue through smart, strategic support. This role focuses on sales outreach, customer engagement, and turning conversations into conversions.

What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
  • Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward best-fit solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e-commerce experience is a big plus).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to convert leads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • A quiet, professional workspace for calls.
