Recruitment Coordinator position at TalentPop. We are a rapidly growing company and we’re looking for a highly organized recruiter to join our fully remote team. If you thrive on detail and love creating a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and your team, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Screen resumes and initial video interviews (via Hireflix).
- Manage all candidate communication, from first contact to job offer.
- Maintain and update recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and align on needs.
- Support the team by contributing to our recruitment SOPs and internal communication.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required).
- 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong familiarity with the E-commerce industry or a keen interest to learn.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable team player.
