BRAND MANAGER

The Brand Manager is in charge of making sure that company brand (GGB) products, services are appealing to current and potential customers. Furthermore, they monitor marketing trends as well as competitive companies in the marketplace in order to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Brand Deck Maintenance and marketing: Assist in the company's branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and websites.
  • Machine Inventory Planning Properly allocate vending machine assets to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining supervisors and staff as well as coaching and mentoring on the operations of GGB.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and prospects for partnerships and clients for offered programs. Meeting with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Location Partnership Management: Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Location Assessment: Assess new locations using objective and quantitative criteria and provide proposals to the Brand Manager for the best business decision for the location.
  • Deployment Coordination: Oversee and manage the entire machine deployment process and coordinate with all persons involved.
  • Partnership Retention and Coordination: Maintain good working contact with clients and ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered for future partnerships.

Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence

Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or Management and any related field
Experience
  • Has at least three (3) years of work experience in management and supervising or equivalent to have leadership skills proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
