Role Overview:

We're looking for a strong, data-driven Online Business Manager (OBM) to oversee our HR, Finance & Admin, Client Success, and Events departments — ensuring that all backend operations run efficiently, systematically, and in alignment with company goals.

You'll play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, optimizing systems, and empowering department managers to perform at their best. If you thrive in structure, make decisions based on data (not emotion), and have a passion for precision and performance — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Client Success and Retention – Improve client satisfaction, event quality, and retention through better systems, feedback loops, and communication structures.

2. Streamline and Automate Operations – Build, document, and optimize systems that make operations faster, easier, and more efficient across all teams.

3. Develop Department Managers – Lead and mentor department heads to perform with excellence, accountability, and ownership of results.

4. Align with the Revenue Department – Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure operations and client success directly support revenue goals.

5. Ensure Operational Excellence and Accountability – Track KPIs, audit systems, and monitor team performance to maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency.
