Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of the day-to-day execution that keeps our marketing running. This includes publishing content, updating our website and HubSpot, preparing monthly reports, and coordinating logistics for conferences and webinars. The role requires accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Publish blogs, emails, and social posts prepared by the content strategist
- Keep the website current with blogs, banners, and event details
- Manage HubSpot campaigns, updates, and contact lists
- Prepare the monthly marketing report and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and webinars (vendors, booth materials, invoices, promotions)
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and partners on marketing-related tasks
- Support the team with updates to sales decks and one-pagers when needed
- Document recurring tasks and workflows, keeping checklists up to date
- Record purchases and ensure receipts/invoices are submitted to admin
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm C.S.T
Requirements- Previous marketing experience, or related experience in administration, events, communications, or sales support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is a must
- Deadline-driven and able to work independently after training
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external vendors
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- HubSpot or other CRM experience
- Project management tool familiarity
- Canva or similar design tool experience
- Google Workspace proficiency
- 100% of assigned content published on schedule with minimal errors
- Monthly marketing report delivered accurately and on time
- All event and webinar logistics completed by deadlines
- Vendor and partner requests responded to within 2 business days
- Receipts and invoices submitted within 5 business days of purchase
- Process documentation maintained and updated quarterly
