Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Professionally communicate with customers and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.
About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • For Insurance Account: Open to college graduates with no BPO experience.
  • For Travel Account: Must be a high school graduate, preferably with 6 months BPO experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Applicants under the new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school; under the old (pre-K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Education proofs must be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
