About You The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: For Insurance Account: Open to college graduates with no BPO experience. For Travel Account: Must be a high school graduate, preferably with 6 months BPO experience. Good customer service skills. Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules. Can start ASAP. Applicants under the new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school; under the old (pre-K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply.
