Role Description We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our awesome team full-time, on-site in Megaworld, Mandurriao, Iloilo As part of our customer success team, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our clients — helping onboard new subscribers, walking them through our platform, and making sure they have a smooth, positive experience from day one. You’ll spend your days connecting with clients, solving problems, collaborating with our internal teams, and finding new ways to make every interaction even better. You’ll also listen closely to feedback and share ideas that can help shape the future of how we support our customers.
