CORP. is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila About the Role: As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities in BGC, Taguig (BPO client). You'll be instrumental in supporting the overall facilities operations and maintenance, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Do: Day-to-Day Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned facility, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with service providers and contractors to guarantee timely, high-quality service delivery, and maintain strong relationships. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze facility performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing facilities management strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Budgeting & Financial Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, ensuring alignment with facility-related costings. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the facilities team, including 3 Facility Coordinators and 3 Maintenance Support Technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workspace. Project Involvement: Participate in the planning and execution of facility projects and renovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of the facility. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, promptly addressing their requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a facilities management or related role. Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and facilities management best practices. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse team. Financial Acumen: Experience in project management and budget management. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using facilities management software and other relevant tools. Attributes: A proactive, customer-focused approach with a dedication to excellence.
