Job Summary Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of office buildings, equipment, and other company facilities Manage contractors and service providers for janitorial, security, landscaping, and maintenance services Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenses Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage space planning, office relocations, and layout designs to optimize facility use Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, tools, and equipment Respond promptly to facility-related issues, including power outages, equipment failures, and safety concerns Prepare reports and documentation on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or a related field Proven experience in facilities management, building administration, or property maintenance (typically 3–5 years for manager level) Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
