We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow strategic relationships in our e-bike sales and distribution network. As a core member of our commercial team, you will manage top-tier accounts, including distributors, dealers, retail chains, and fleet partners. Your goal will be to increase market share, optimize client satisfaction, and ensure alignment between client needs and our manufacturing capabilities.

1. Account Management & Growth
  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with key clients in retail, wholesale, and mobility sectors.
  • Understand client strategies and offer tailored e-bike solutions (product, pricing, logistics, and service).
  • Conduct regular business reviews and on-site visits to strengthen relationships and capture growth opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals from assigned accounts.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans and annual forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., accessories, software, warranties) and cross-selling (e.g., new models or categories).
3. Product & Market Expertise
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our e-bike product lines, including motors, batteries, connectivity features, and innovation roadmaps.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the e-mobility sector.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with production, logistics, after-sales, and R&D teams to deliver on client requirements and ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate product launches, training sessions, and marketing activities with key accounts.
5. Contract & Pricing Management
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, discounts, volume agreements, and SLAs.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies and reflect mutual value.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Track key account performance metrics (sales volume, service level, market share).
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-bike, automotive, bicycle, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and strategic account growth.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, or fleet operators in the e-mobility or any industry
  • Passion for cycling, sustainability, and electric vehicle technology.
