• Discuss with Customers pertaining to their Vehicle Repair requirements
• Recommend and explain to Customers what the Service Technicians activities for the repair of their vehicles
• Recommend Parts needed
• Refer to the Service Supervisor the requirements of the Customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course related to Mechanical, Automotive, and other related Engineering course
• With at least 1 year work experience in Automotive Servicing or Customer Service
• With at least a Non-Professional Driver's License
• Basic knowledge in Vehicle Body & Paint repairs
• Good communication and customer relations skills
• Excellent negotiation skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities
