Job Description 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and receiving the customer's vehicle for servicing scheduled through the appointment system
- Serve as liaison officer for the customer in behalf of the dealer
- Managing all customer's transactions and relations:
- Inquire about the customers' requests
- Check the vehicle and make a job estimate
- Explain the necessary parts needed, work contents, and expenses using the job estimate; and receive approval from the customer before proceeding with the job
- Give regular updates to customers regarding the status of repair
- Gets customers' approvals if there are additional work needed
- Ensure that unit is road worthy upon release the customer
- Conduct up-selling of dealer products and other services to customers
- Compliance with Isuzu Dealer Service Standard (IDSS)
- Prepares and issue technical reports
- Conduct 5S activity in the area of the workplace
- Maintain Daily Receiving Reports (DRR)
- Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
- Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Description 2Job Summary:
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service. Responsible in scheduling appointments and helping the customer determine what services they may need based on vehicle maintenance issues. Include setting up loaner cars and verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled.
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car. Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule.
Requirements and skills:
Graduate of any four-year course
At least 1-2 years' work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
Proficiency with industry-specific software
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Verifies warrant and service contract coverage thru examining records and papers.

- Coordinates with parts and warranty department.
- To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company.

The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by understanding vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, recommending appropriate services, and managing the repair/maintenance process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the service center.
- Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document their service/repair needs.
- Provide clear explanations of required services, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repair.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding service progress, delays, or additional required work.
- Upsell additional maintenance services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer\'s recommendations.
- Prepare service orders, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle systems, warranties, and dealership promotions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Background in automotive repair/maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver\'s license with clean driving record (preferred but not always required).
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
