• Check the customer unit condition using the "Pre Service Inspection Checklist" and provide explanation to the customer.
• Prepare job order for units to be repaired and endorse job orders to Service Representative
• Explain to the customer the details of servicing done to the unit (Warranty and Revenue) using the "After Service Inspection Checklist".
• Prepare estimate for revenue units.
• Prepare gate pass and official receipt.
• Remittance of collection to Head Office Accounting
• Request and supply revenue parts to Senior Service Representative
• Maintain orderliness of Service Reception area.

Job Qualifications :

• A 4-year course College Graduate
• Vocational Graduate in Automotive Technology or Motorcycle Mechanic are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage but not required.

• Preferably living in Mandaue City or nearby areas.
