Location: Pasig City Job Overview As an Account Director, you will identify new client opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships, present our corporate profile and solutions, coordinate with technical and pre‑sales teams, and manage sales and project pipelines to achieve targets. Responsibilities Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and build relationships to generate profit. Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and communication. Present corporate profile, products & services, and solutions to customers. Coordinate with Technical & Pre‑Sales team in preparing sales proposals. Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards. Achieve sales targets set by the company. Establish healthy relationships with principals, suppliers, and business partners. Submit weekly activity reports and sales pipelines. Stay current in professional and technical knowledge through training. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Create a positive work environment that encourages employee participation. Implement policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization (e.g., CRM & escalation procedures). Proactively think outside the job description and implement tasks without prior instructions. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Coordinate and attend all marketing events. Attend industry functions, conferences, and provide feedback on market trends. Consult with senior management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will increase sales. Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market/competitor knowledge. Oversee and coordinate project management tasks: ordering from suppliers, monitoring equipment ETAs, coordinating technical installations, monitoring client payments, and providing technical support. Qualifications At least 5 years of work experience. Experience in IT sales (software, hardware, etc.). Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and written skills.
