What are the main responsibilities for this role?
  • Supporting the development of Crimson’s marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
  • Designing and creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers and booklets and Facebook/Instagram/Google campaigns.
  • Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimisation and market growth.
  • Achieving revenue targets by conducting consultations and customising programs for prospective clients.
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more.
  • Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales.
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars.
  • Collaborating with the sales team, with occasional in-person sales and client meetings to pitch services and help close leads.
What skills and experience are required?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.
  • Experience with industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or iMovie.
  • Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms and social media marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speaking.
  • Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process.
  • Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone.
  • Some experience in sales or business development is a plus.
