Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager for Manila will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and promoting products and services, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales volumes in the assigned regions. This role includes identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance service quality and overall business performance.

Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Prepares quarterly itinerary for branch visit and complies with the plan.
  • Achieves sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Develops and executes effective sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with customers.
  • Addresses customer needs, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implements initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Designs and executes marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Identifies and explores new markets, opportunities, and customer segments.

Monitors market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Business Development:

  • Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to grow the business in OCLI branches.
  • Recommends enhancements to products and services based on customers' insights.
  • Collaborates with the business development team to align offerings with market demands.
  • Stays updated on industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Establishes partnerships and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepares and presents regular sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Uses data analytics to measure the success of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides actionable recommendations to senior management based on insights.

Management and Leadership:

  • Sets department goals in line with the VMV of the company.
  • Formulates, establishes and executes department policies and procedures.
  • Conducts root cause analysis of the incidents within the department and determines and implements appropriate corrective and preventive action to eliminate the risk of recurrence of similar incidents
  • Discusses Job content with subordinates; ensuring that all expectations of the job are clearly understood and effectively done.
  • Develops and disciplines his/her subordinates. 4.6. Plans activities and schedules of staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluation of staff ensuring excellent performance.
  • Prepares and implements the annual budget of the department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing analytics software.
  • Ability to travel within the regions as required.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Creative approach to marketing and sales challenges.

Working Schedule: Willing to work Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
