We are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Review and process vendor invoices accurately and promptly Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorization and documentation Code invoices with correct general ledger account codes Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to vendors Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AP transactions Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of a 4 year business course with at least 12 units of accounting Fresh Grad to 1 year Experience Understanding Procure to Pay Cycle Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written) B2 CEFR Keen attention to details Problem Solving Skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office Understanding of the Procurement to Payable Cycle Experience w/ Restaurant 365, a restaurant management software, a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
