Overview Position: Senior Accountant (Netsuite Required) | Dayshift and Hybrid Site: MOA, Pasay Work setup & shift: Hybrid and Dayshift Senior Accountant role focusing on UK/Global accounting activities, VAT compliance, and month-end close support in a multi-currency environment. Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate coding and timely approvals. Prepare and reconcile UK bank accounts, including FX transactions. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany journals. Assist in preparation of VAT returns and compliance reports. Support the month-end close process by providing schedules and reconciliations. Liaise with UK suppliers, auditors, and internal project managers as needed. Support Australia with vendor setup and AP support as applicable. What You Need Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 to 10 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles. Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and VAT compliance. Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP system. High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Exposure to UK VAT reporting and multi-currency environments. Experience working in a project-based or service industry.
